Grants that include any or all nuclear-related issues and initiatives (e.g., nuclear weapons and systems, disarmament, nonproliferation, nuclear security, Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty). Nonproliferation and disarmament efforts aim to prevent the spread of nuclear capability as well as the use and threat of nuclear force in international conflicts.
